Refund

Due to personalization, all Resin material orders, are final sale. 

Orders placed during major sales events are nonrefundable.

During normal seasons (that does not include a major sales event), orders are refundable if they are canceled within 24 hours of when the order was placed.

All wholesale orders (10 or more of the same item) are based on contractual agreement only. Customers are encouraged to order a sample stationery item for $25.00 USD via email: info@chikapaper.com prior to placing a final order.

Placing Personalized Orders

Please include all correct detailed information, i.e: wording, color, and address for shipment. We do not assume correction is needed as the information provided will be used to process your order accordingly.

All personalized and custom orders are final sale.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Photo of damages are required for proof. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at info@chikapaper.com to process the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on the geographical area for delivery, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Privacy

Your privacy is taken very seriously! We do not sell your information to any third party vendors. It is only used for product updates, store promotion(s), and your order related information.

Shipping

Please be sure to enter and confirm the correct address for shipment is entered at the time of checkout. Combined shipment fee for multiple orders is not available. If your order does not have the correct address, it will not be shipped out again without a repayment of your desired order and it is non refundable. During major sale events, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.

Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS. Carrier varies based on location.
